NOVAK are a North East based collective specialising in digital arts and media. We have a strong track record working in the arts and commercial field. Clients include BALTIC, Nike, Big Chill, ICA and The Sage Gateshead. Recent commissions have included the Beck's Fusions project with the recording artist Calvin Harris to produce and deliver the 3D Disco concept. These events launched at Trafalgar Square, London and visited Dublin, Manchester and Glasgow during September 2007.

In this age of camera phones, digital cameras and compact camcorders almost everyone has a way of capturing an event at their disposal, and this makes for a unique method for collating information and visual content. For the Shine Your Design project we aim to utilise the diverse public submissions in order to create a double projection artwork that links back directly to the audience that has contributed towards it.
